UPDATE:: This building is now under new ownership and they have plans to turn it into affordable housing. It looks like we will be able to operate at this location until the end of this year.

 City cannot accept applications for new massage establishments and Relocating to a new address  while the moratorium is in effect through February 18, 2027.
We appreciate your long-standing operation in Lake Forest and understand the challenges posed by your landlord's sale of the property. However, the City unable to grant an exception for relocation during the moratorium period.
